Our Placement Policy

At Techxyte, we're committed to helping our students transition from classroom learning to professional success. Our placement policy is designed to provide structure, transparency, and optimal outcomes for all our graduates.

We partner with companies across different tiers, ensuring opportunities for students at various skill and experience levels. Below is our comprehensive placement framework:

Company Tier Structure

We have the following categories of companies coming for the placement process:

Placement Offer Types

Contract

Fixed-term employment with specified duration, typically ranging from 6 months to 2 years.

Contract to Hire

Initial contract period with potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Permanent

Full-time employment with benefits and long-term career growth opportunities.

Internship

Learning-focused position with hands-on experience, often leading to full-time opportunities.

Placement Guidelines

  • Students placed in Tier 4 companies (below 3 LPA) can only participate in drives for Tier 3 (4 LPA+) and above companies.
  • Maximum 2 offers allowed per student.
  • Placed students can participate in other drives once 70% of their batch is placed.
  • Tier 1 companies (12 LPA+) allow all students, placed or unplaced, to participate.
  • Students can opt-out of placement drives, but the Training & Placement cell bears no responsibility.
  • Offers from companies cannot be negotiated or rejected without prior approval from the T&P cell.
  • Students must accept the first eligible offer they receive, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Student Code of Conduct

  • Mandatory to register before the deadline to participate in a company's drive.
  • Attendance in Pre-Placement Talks is mandatory after registration.
  • Students must research companies before applying.
  • Registered students must attend the entire placement process, or they won't be allowed to apply for further drives.
  • Students must carry their ID cards during interviews.
  • All post-offer communication should be through the placement cell only.
  • Violation of the code of conduct can lead to disciplinary action, including temporary or permanent ban from the placement process.
  • Students must maintain a professional and ethical behavior throughout the placement season.
All post job-offer communication between the student and Company should be channelized only through the placement cell.

We don't have any evaluation test for bootcampers, but in most cases companies will have a hiring test which students have to clear for getting placed.

Typically, on an average, Bootcampers can take 120 days to 150 days to get hired from techxyte.

One month before the end of the course, you'll be able to join a career prep course. The first step is the career track, which will help you create a comprehensive resume and prepare your portfolio. The second part is the career-enhancement track, which involves actively searching for jobs by having mock interviews by industry experts and professionals, feedback and fine tuning before attending client Interviews. Finally, we will provide support and help you learn additional technologies if required for your new working conditions once you find a job.
